Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes pulled off yet another magical play during Monday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium
. On the second play of the fourth quarter, Mahomes scrambled from pressure in the red zone and ran toward the sideline. Buccaneers defenders descended on Mahomes, who casually flipped the ball to Samaje Perine for a 7-yard touchdown.
That tied the game 17-17.
Unfortunately, Mahomes was injured when he stopped short on the play, and he needed to be helped from the field. This was a scary moment for Chiefs fans.

But Mahomes was only checked out by the doctors for a few moments and then was back on the sideline and moving well.
